Joint Powers Board

About the Board: 

The Cheyenne-Laramie County Economic Development Joint Powers Board (CLCEDJPB) is a joint venture between the city of Cheyenne and Laramie County, Wyoming, to provide economic development resources to organizations and community projects in the county. It has a seven-person board consisting of three city-appointed positions, three county-appointed positions, and one joint-appointed position. The JPB issues loans and grants to facilitate and promote the sound economic growth of Laramie County and the communities within. To exercise this purpose with uniformity and fairness, the JPB has adopted guidelines and applications for considering and processing grant or loan requests and awards.

Joint Powers Board (JPB) Meetings:

The Joint Powers Board meets on the fourth Tuesday of each month (except July and December) at 7:30 a.m. in person at the Cheyenne Regional Airport Boardroom (4020 Airport Pkwy. W., Cheyenne, WY 82001) and on Zoom.

The agendas contain the link information to attend via Zoom. Agendas are available one week prior to the meeting. Minutes are available one to two meetings after the respective meeting.
